Initially, when using the HCG diet plan you eat your breakfast regularly, as you must keep in mind, breakfast is your most vital meal of your daily food consumption. You can't miss the most vital meal ever, or you're not being a healthy individual. With your daily HCG diet breakfast you may consume a 2-3 cups (or a glass) of water, decaff coffee, green tea (not with a ton of sugars and that junk though), chamomile tea or other various herbal teas that contain little to no sugar! You have to drink at least four pints of water each and every day. It has been a common finding that the more water an HCG dieter drinks, the more weight they will lose while HCG dieting.
During lunch as well as dinner you are allowed 100 grams of protein per meal. Make sure however, that you only eat 100 grams of organic beef as regular beef is not recommended while using the HCG diet. Seafoods such as lobster, crabs, wild sea bass, and flounder is ok to eat as well.
Eating a bunch of bad cholesterol containing foods like red meat and eggs is a big no-no while HCG dieting.
Eating a lot of raw Veggies whether they be steamed, or grilled is recommended while HCG dieting. Even mixing Salads including spinach, beet greens, cabbage, lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, asparagus, celery and really any leafy kind of Veggie is ok!
As you can tell the HCG diet is simple to keep up with, as your able to eat various delicious foods while keeping a self control over you unhealthy diet habits!
